  8. The layout and typo issues where too much in the other version of this - so I deleted.

Is this the bit where having travelled all that way Ernst unwraps the ring ready to throw it into the fiery pit only to find out all that is inside is a note reading

    'Dear Master,
have nicked my precious and run far, far away where you will never gets us (nasty stinky hobbity turtles).

    Love Gollum/Smeigel.'

  20. Ernst - you look less upset today, more pensive. Is there a lady friend behind that door? PLEASE be a lady friend (and if not, I will be your lady friend, you're really very handsome)

  25. He just gets cuter and cuter!

  26. Oh, my. The moment of transition. Will he? Won't he? Can he? Can't he? The suspense! The tension! If I could do that as simply, seamlessly and effortlessly in my novels as you do with photos, I might actually sell one. Maybe I need a sofie...or a whole cast of softies ... I feel my credit card heating up.

  27. Please let him have the right address.... I think there is a world of possibilities beyond that door. perhaps even a future Mrs Ernst?

  28. Dear Ernst,

Please come home, I didn't mean what I said. It was just that the craft room was in a mess, I was burnt by the iron and then I stabbed myself with a pin.
