I'd like to show you the Gocco-ing I have been up lately:

The house that I'm not really happy with

The tree that I think might be OK.

The house that I think is better than the first attempt

The birdcages I have promised and finally printed

and the girls that I love - even though they don't work for what I wanted.....................
I want to tell you what they're all for and ask your opinion and share some of the duds if anyone wants them............

BUT

I can't - because Annie is expecting to see the quilt blocks for granny's quilt tomorrow morning - all sashed.

Only one seam to go ! and only one unpicked so far!

  2. P.S. I absolutely can't believe that I've managed to be the first one to comment today - you get so many comments I'm often way down somewhere in the 30s! Do you reckon this one will hit no.2????

If it does, should I keep on commenting to see how many hits I can get in the top 10?

    No?

    You sure?

Naturally I would demand to be told what all of these delights are for but Annie scares the bejaysus out of me and I wouldn't want to make her mad at me!!!

  20. One thing you have to tell me is: how do you get over the Gocco fear? I just can't seem to bring myself to bite the bullet and just burn a bulb and make a screen already! Sigh. Maybe if I was able to make things as wonderful as yours...?

We could all use more friends like Annie, couldn't we?

  31. Geez I was dropping by out of my reader to say hey ho send me your unloved rejects, but 3 people beat me to the punch. You're a popular lass aren't you!

Might have to actually crack my little pet gocco out of the box and have a turn.

    ReplyDelete

  37. get back to Granny's quilt! Expecting the next boarders tomorrow. Great choice of fabric!

  38. Not more juicy gocco prints to make me jealous! Don't you understand I can't afford to buy a gocco magic machine just now? I shelled out $340 for a new button machine so I better be a good girl for now and just get my gocco fix via you.

Now quick smart Miss Jodie, best get on to your quilt before Annie reads this!

do you need to feed the fabric through the machine to get a run? i thought you could only do small prints the size of cards...
