Not that your little guys look like they're going to blow any circuits. Except mine, of course. They are exterminating me with their cuteness!
Great suggestions in the comments but I just call the collection SUPER CUTE!!!
Given what they have hanging around their necks they could be a Scrabble of robots!

Whatever you call them, they're fantastic.
Since you will undoubtedly need to follow the noun with "of robots", you could pretty much use anything. Especially if they are specific robots that mimic something else that already has a collective noun. As long as it's not a creepy word. A "hive" of robots would probably give me nightmares! "Clutch" would be great for your robots as that is also the verb they would inspire!
Looking at them there a hang of robots. They look ever so cute.

That is a fine looking group of, I'd say, a Circuit of Robots. My favorite group name is "murder of crows".
A charge of robots, cos they don't work until the charge of electricity courses through their circuits!
A Cog sounds good, tho' I suspect in the electronic age it's a bit old fashioned.

botjunkie.com decided it was an 'assemblage' of robots, but that is just the editors pick from those submitted. I personally prefer the runner-up - a 'clank' of robots... but then a 'ric rac' of robots works mighty well...

Holy cow they are an army! I have to tell you that I've been afraid of Robots since I was 3 or 4. The movie "The Day the Earth Stood Still" came on TV and I watched it terrified. I can still get a little frightened from robots. But yours are so lovely. They amuse.
