i'm so glad the bus wasn't early - don't you find, when you're late it's early, if you're early it's extra late! What cute friends they met at the bus stop - can't wait to see what happens next. enjoy your weekend, - e xxx
An author who can provide her own illustrations is very gifted indeed! I agree, this will get you beyond blog famous and we'll all say, "Yes, but we knew her before she had books published in 42 languages."
Hi, I am Jodie Carleton. I started this blog in 2007 and somehow a tiny business grew from it. So now when I am not at my regular job I can be found happily making toys in my sewing room or swearing at the computer as I try and write the patterns. I am obsessed with foxes, pinnochio, Red Riding Hood and mechanical toys- actually pretty much any toys.
Say Hi if you have time, feel free to email me with any questions you have, I'm always happy to procrastinate by answering emails.
These tutorials are here for you to have a try. Please feel free to make any number of these items for your own use or gift-giving but please do not make items to sell using these instructions.

Am loving the updates in the saga that is the robot! So gorgeous!
But breakfast is the most important meal of the day! I hope they brought some oil to go...
;)
What fun to follow the adventures of these lovely creatures! Look forward to the next one (O:
Of course they did (easy to skip brekky when you haven't got a digestive system but...)

Thank goodness! :)
I can't wait for the next installment. What will happen next????
So cute. This brought a smile to my face after a long exhausting day. Thank you.
Yep, brekky is the first thing to go in the a.m. when running late!! Very cute!!
Love it - can't wait to see what happens next.
Don't despair! I ate enough for them too this morning....
Hmmm...I wonder what robots would eat for breakfast. No doubt, some kind of cereal with nuts (and bolts)
One minute and twenty-seven seconds to go? They wouldn't even have had to run for the bus!
Loving the illustrations!!!!
Keep on with the instalments!

P.S today's word verification is worms. Does that mean there will be a bird-bot on the horizon???
Oh Jod! You should be creating children's books with these stories... they're awesome! :-)
Hmmm... I wonder what they do for jobs?!!!
Hugs! Vikki xx

They look deep in conversation... hope they don't get too carried away and miss the bus!!
