Winnie and Pip are roping steers and riding their wild brumbies (taffy and Starlight) throught the wide open plains.
( cue odd fact: Did you know I am a 'horsey' person? I grew up with horses and lived on horsback for years. Back in the youthful days of invincibility I jumped things and chased things and took my horse to parties with me... I was a hoon on horseback)
lol you are so funny, just picturing you hooning around on a horse, lol.
ReplyDeleteLove Winnie and Pip they are very cute and there little horses are awesome, wonder whether they will be hoons also, lol.
The name Winnie made me think of Mrs Brown's boys, lol.
Excellant designs Jodie.xx
I can totally picture you as crazy wild horse chick.
ReplyDeleteOh man, it's lucky my horses couldn't talk....we got into some crazy shit.
DeleteLove the dungarees on the gals! They are the sweetest cowgirls ever.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great childhood, horsing around for years :)
... and you're still horsing around! We had a horse in Tassie; her name was Annie (short for Antiquity) and she was adorable. Rosy loved riding; I went on her once and she moved and I shrieked and that was the end of my dreams of riding. Pete and I were pony club parents - it was all lots of fun. Your girls and their horsies are SO gorgeous, Jod.
ReplyDeleteAdorable. Love the little horses! Great job Jodie.
ReplyDeletePony club parents, now there is a softie brainstorm waiting to happen.
ReplyDeleteAwwwwwwwwww... I love those little stick horses. I too was on a horse a lot as a child. In fact, I was "riding" before I could walk.
ReplyDeleteI had neigh idea.
ReplyDeleteHee Hee my very first road test was called Pip!

I think she needs her own hobby horse too, very cute Jod!
well, weren't you just a little cutie! yeehaw!
ReplyDeleteOne of things my daughter is going to hold against me (for the rest of her life) is that she never had a rocking horse... She wanted one of those great big ones, like you see in stately homes. Funnily enough, we don't live in a stately home ;-)
ReplyDeleteLove this pattern Jodie. Another one NOT to show my children. The hobby horses are wonderful, both of my children have loved running up and down the corridor on our beautiful wooden pony (and denting the walls but don't tell Dad!!)
ReplyDeleteWinnie and Pip are sure to become favourites as soon as my two see them.
Ahhhh, girls with deep purpose, and still time to have fun! You really can have it all! Great job on these. Adorable, and the horses are just gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAll the girls are adorable! (love the pic of you!) And the hobby horse- amazing.
ReplyDeleteDOll sized stick horses? LOVE IT!!! Seriously, this thought would only have crossed your mind. Thanks so much for sharing. Now my daughter wants one, I'm sure!
ReplyDeleteOh be still my heart....Your latest creations speak of me in my life's finest moments. Me on the back of my beloved Silly Sammy.....Leopard spotted Appaloosa....World's best horse....Gotta have those patterns....Soon?
ReplyDeleteThat explains everything!
ReplyDeleteI still have my stick pony from childhood. His name was trusty steed and then later, I named my bicycle the same thing! Love your dolls!
ReplyDeleteLove the photo of you Jod - Sars thought you looked just the same!
ReplyDeleteI had a struggle learning to ride...a bicycle! The only time I was on horseback I was overcome by the sense of it's raw power and strength. So I had to get off and apologise for being so presumptuous as to think I could ride it.
ReplyDeleteWaal, ain't you the cowgal?! You look very sweet...and slightly worried. Did you get caught?!
Amazing softies Jodie absolutely adorable!! I was a horsey girl too only it was my best friend who had the horses not me. No matter how much I nagged mum to get me a horse 'cos our backyard was very big, she didn't
ReplyDeleteI don't know what I like best. Winnie & Pip or their little stick ponies??!! ;p
ReplyDeleteOh my... tis not the little pony riding extraordianaire's that I am in love with, but rather the 'saving lives' nursing gals. I am a RN and would just love to have these two for my very own. x
