I'm not ignoring you.

I am a bit sick and a bit feverish and in that weird half asleep state at the moment.

As time goes on, my sewing room and the state of my brain grow increasingly similar.

  1. Poor you, Jod - feeling off on your day off is not good. Thank you for the sewing room pic, mine looks alarmingly unhealthy too although I am not feeling the same, thank goodness. Hope you feel much better soon. PS. Hope Urban Stitches was fabulous.

  2. i love that fact that even in your sick state you have the capacity to forge your own sick certificate - do you have doctoring friends that have left a sick certificate pad lying around or just heisted from work ?? heh
Hope you feel better soon but make sure you give yourself adequate time to recouperate...add on a few days to that cert!

  9. Get well soon - and take comfort from the fact that there is more than one 'foot sized' piece of floor showing in your sewing room, so things can't be too bad, can they?

  12. I have fully recovered from my lurgy and my sewing room still looks like a fabric bomb went off! I'm now spreading it into the living room.
Get well Jodie. I am a firm believer in lots of fluids, homemade soups, a good supply of tissues, the right pharmaceutical support, and a wee dram in the evening. I always felt better going to bed after a straight scotch. 30ml is actually a good amount.
    Take care!
