gloomy

It sometimes happens, that the things that are meant to be first come second,
while the things that are third, came first.
So the things that are second will have to be third

and the things that are fourth are yet to be sewn.

(and the 2 has nothing to do with it).

It is grey and raining here today and if tea were alcohol I'd be dancing with my knickers on my head by now.

  6. Dancing with knickers on your head? Sounds like something my four year-old would do for fun. The elephants are too cute.

  7. Love those little pink elephants! And thank heavens we don't need to moderate tea-drinking.

  8. If too much tea makes you see pink elephants I can't see any reason why it wouldn't also make you dance around with your knickers on your head. Thank you for the insight into what you might get up to after a few of glasses of wine.

  9. Love the elephants and your rug, which is a perfect background for them! You seem to be doing a lot of bulk sewing at the moment, so I'd stick to tea, if I were you!

  10. I am loving the fact that you are creating these gorgeous creatures rather than dancing with your knickers on your head. So cute, I love your elephants!!

  14. Knick knocks on your head? That's the wrong end. No wonder you are confusing 1 & 3 & 2.

  15. Perfect weather for sewing, not ideal for being half naked though! Still I think making an entire herd of elephants might drive me to drink, impresses me no end that you do multiples of the same softie - your patience is endless!

  18. An elephant parade should definitely come first. Wonderful little fellas. I completely understand the tea thing with the Winter we've had.

  19. You never fail to crack me up. When DH is home and I read your blog, he hears me laugh out loud, and hollers, "What's so funny?". As if I could explain you to a man without a sense of humor. (Poor, poor dear....)
