I recently bought some fabric ! It was just by chance as I trawled through bookface one night I saw a great fabric bundle and clicked through to Clair's fabrics.
I poked around for a bit and there was the fabric I had been wanting so before you can say "pass the magic money card" I had paypal-ed (which is not even like real money at all) and bam it was mine.
Then the lovely Clair of Clair's fabrics emailed me to tell me that she would be refunding some postage. I said not to worry but she insisted. (she is like that I have found).
Anyway my fabric arrived and it was perfect...but a few days later another parcel arrived containing these fat quarters. Clair had sent them to me as a giveaway for you guys ! How awesome. I think it wold be rude to look gift fabric in the mouth , No?
If you would like to win this set of 6 gorgeous fat quarters, called 'Winter Polaroid' you need to pop over and visit Clair's shop and then come back here and tell me your favourite fabric or bundle.
You won't get bonus entries for mentioning this anywhere or bookgramming or any other things and
you can't increase your chances by hiring a sign writer or following me or Clair or anyone at all.
(that all just sounds like hard work to me)
I'll declare a winner tomorrow,
Thanks Clair !

ReplyDeleteToo many choices...have to revisit store again...love.... ducks in cobalt...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful fabric. ..
It's my birthday today and I'm really afraid to be looking in fabric shops, since that whole "It's my birthday, I'll just buy myself a little present!" feeling will kick in, and when that starts, I'll suddenly end up filling the house with fabric and my husband get grumpy, and then I'll get grumpy because I can't find enough time to sew with all my lovely fabric-babies, and then the whole universe will explode.
ReplyDeleteAh heck, I looked anyway and I think I like the Modern Meadow fat quarter bundle - geometrics for the engineer in me and pink's my daughter's favourite colour and green's my son's favourite. Ah love! (Must resist urge to buy myself a birthday present...)
I love the Notting Hill bundle.

ReplyDeleteI don't know whether you are including the whole, entire World in your giveaway but I'm commenting anyway as Clair has some amazing fabrics lots of which I have never heard tell - must be because you live in a foreign land. I have been for a virtual rummage and love lots of bundles but 'Ruby Crossing' caught my eye not least because of this description 'This needs to fondled while eating strawberries and cream!' - a woman after my own heart.
ReplyDeleteThe Botanics in Black and White fat quarter pack. The only fabric it's missing is that awesome camera fabric from above!

And of course I won't win (because I never do) but it was lovely seeing a new site full of special fabrics.

ReplyDeleteThe Fabulous Foxes fat quarter bundle is great! She has excellent fabrics! And sommany new-to-me ones!
ReplyDeleteHa! Type in Geek and 32 fabrics come up!
ReplyDeleteLoving the Plug and Play range by Kaufmann - I'm thinking an I-thing snuggly? Ooh - what about some of your robots done up in the circuit board fabric - awesome reason to by both the pattern and fabric. And I need to fill the satchel to make postage worth it so maybe both camera prints in each colourway (passport holders, travel bag, camera bag, camera neck strap, tourist clothes for little naked soft toys...) and then I found the Swatch Watches fabric and had a little trip back down memory lane to circa-1988 when I had a fake one hanging on my bedroom wall. I was just soooo cool...
Just as well I've got me one of them pay-pally accounts because then it won't even really cost me a cent!
(PS thanks for sharing that shop she has some awesome goodies and I'm sure I will be a repeat offender)
