Cuuuuuute teapots! Love how you have got the sphere for the body so perfect (apeals to my perfectionist side lol). There is NEVER enough time for doing something you enjoy! Also saw one of your patterns at a Textile Trader Store the other day!:) :)
Maybe there is a 'day stealer'!!! They are going very fast in our house as well!!! Just ask the daughter that has a SAC to be done over the holidays that is running out of time! Hope your 2nd week slows down to a crawl...
Thanks for the heads up, we only just started school holidays in Canberra, i can feel them whizzing past, my fault for being ambitious with sewing, but you know, live & learn, but they get faster as the children get older, my life is zooming away. Love Posie
It weren't me guv' honest! I was elsewhere doing something else to er, something... ahem. Anyway, it weren't me, officer... lobster, officer, wot lobster? The bishop lies I tell you... ahem....
You're making me yearn even more for a crafting holiday where all I have to do is try the zillion craft projects I have lined up! And drink tea, of course.
I think you need a craft calendar with 37 days a month. Or at least nine days a week during holidays.
ReplyDeleteDidn't you know, Jodie, that the days in winter are short!
ReplyDeleteNext time you should remember to order 'extra holidays' before submitting the forms.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you need to get yourself one of them Craft Clocks - I hear they're fab for this sort of thing... ;-)
ReplyDeleteIf you get a lead on the day stealer can you give me a heads up 'coz the bugger has been helping itself to my days for months now...
ReplyDeleteWas that really tea in the pretty pots or perhaps something stronger? :o)
ReplyDeleteOh I adore those teapots. x
ReplyDeleteI think that's called resting.
ReplyDeleteDays are slippery things. They get away from one so easily.
I've always advocated the 9 day week. Just 2 more days til it's this time next week.
Now you need to have a tea party.
There must be a place where all the stolen days go, I wish I could find it.
ReplyDeleteGo with the perflunkety flow Jod. It's perhaps what you need right now. You've lots to process. x

I just love these teapots! Super cute!
ReplyDeleteIt may have gone quick but any week that involves your fabric teapots, noodling and a fair bit of lolly-gagging has to be a good one!

ReplyDeleteHi Jodie,
ReplyDeleteI think the thief is much sneakier than that ...its taking hours away, hoping no one notices.
Hugs, Sharon
Gaw! Time is hard... Stick with soft plush, of which you are THE inspiring master. Don't be greedy, you! ;-)
ReplyDeleteDon't they just go so fast! I love your teapots! *Grin*
ReplyDeleteLove your verbs - do you think I'd get away with them in Scrabble? LOL
ReplyDeleteAs for time, I dont think I can help. I still don't know where mine goes! I suspect it is eaten by the computer (especially blogs)!

ReplyDeleteGreat idea. This is so cute!
ReplyDeleteIs your 14 hour clock on the blink? ;)
ReplyDeleteYou need one of those special time clocks I heard someone raving about last week Jodie!!!
ReplyDeleteHope time slows right down for you this week my friend.

ReplyDeleteI completely understand how you feel. That's happened to me, where days fly by.
ReplyDeleteLove the teapots! Absolutely adorable!

ReplyDeleteLooks like a craft clock malfunction.
ReplyDeleteHope your other week stays around long enough for you to enjoy it.
Oh my goodness those teapots are the cutest thing i have seen in ages.
ReplyDeleteI have a black belt in faffing, so totally understand!
