Jealousy abounds! Wish I were there. You would never know those gals have only slept five hours in two weeks. How do they do it? (Locket and Trash, how did I get here before you??)
You were the hardest person to say hi to! I think I glanced you a few times, coming and going to your stand from the labs, so sorry I didn't butt in!! Just wanted to tell you how amazing your stuff is. I met your mum, though, at Audrey and Maude's stand, which is pretty bizarre! Hope you're having a good sleep!
oh i so wish i could have gone... love all the stuff that is happening down in melbourne... and it would be great to see so many bloggers...thanks for the pics...
Oh I hope you weren't in earshot yesterday when I exclaimed to my sister that 'Oh this is the lady who makes things out of ric-rac'. Of course I knew I meant selvedges but the 5 other people in ear-shot probably didn't! I loved seeing your work in real life!
Hi Jodie- it was so great to meet you in person at the show and I hope the last couple of days went well. The wallet that I made in your class got a great reception at home. Anyway, I'm going to post a photo of the finished product on my blog.. http://aplaceinchelsea.blogspot.com/. Hope the rest of the show went well :)
After popping into the show today I have to say that it was so nice to meet you and how wonderfully talented and friendly you are Jodie. I will be sure to pop up my dolls once I have made them too, just so adorable they are.
Hi, you were busy everytime I wandered past your stand today. Was great to see you in 'real life' though. Loved the dress and umbrella. Hope the show was everything you hoped it to be! Fiona
Stop with all the teasing and show us who/what "she" is!
I'm bummed I didn't get up in time to ask you for a trade! I'd love to trade you some things for a goody/baddy if you wanna do a postal swap? (come to think of it I'm feeling a bit postal right now anyway...)
Hope the library lady managed to stay awake today. Great to catch up yesterday and I loved the class; I am so proud of my little wallet! Your stall looked so great, what I could see of it; it was so crowded I couldn't get close enough to buy anything - sorry!
So glad you had a wonderful time and met many fabulous crafters-it looks like it was such a fantastic show. Hope you have recovered and can't wait to see THAT purchase!Good luck in the real world this week!
I came past the stand while you were teaching on Thursday but was thrilled to buy one of your amazing fish - one of those things that just made me take a breath as soon as I saw him! He has pride of place on a shelf in my lounge room now - just wanted to tell you he's much loved in his new home!
