You have captured my kids in Elsie and Arthur! The "paper" hat is the perfect finishing touch. My son used to have the most interesting things in his pockets. I wonder what Arthur keeps in his pockets. :o) You are the Queen of Cute!
Oh, Arthur! Wherever did you meet him? And does he have a brother? Well, never mind, the brothers are never quite the same, are they? Honestly, he is adorable! Love the overalls!
Arthur reminds me so much of my brother Alistair when he was young, complete with the red hair and freckles and predisposition to mischief. So cute - and that hat is the icing on the cake. You've outdone yourself, Jodie. Look out, Elsie!
Love him. I think he needs some more pockets, a dirty knee and maybe a slingshot in his back pocket - appliqued on, of course for safety. Too cute, can't wait to see what he gets up to with his sister.
I think his name should have been Joshua; he sounds (and looks actually) just like my youngest; dreamer of dreams for sure!! A big hello to your Arthur!!!!!!
I'm in love. I also love bugs, and pockets are my thing!! I even made up a little song about pockets! I'd sing it for you here, but it really loses something if you can't see me act it out!! Thanks to Stephanie for providing a link to your delightful blog. ~karen
Hahahaha! This couple is just perfect. You've done it again, Jodie! Another wonderful item from your hands. I can do nothing else but smile when I look at them. Yes - and if you are considering a pattern for us admirers then please do because I would love love love one! Thanks for sharing and greetings from Germany
