On the very off-chance that I venture further than the sewing room for the next five weeks, Mr Gocco and I have have got the postcards totally sorted. I'll be sure to send you one!
Cool postcards! Just wanted to let you know that my neice was the lucky recipient of Pepper the Elephant - she absolutely loved it - thanks for being such a sewing genius! Nic xx
They look great Jodie. Love the red post mark. And I'm not even going to try and imagine what they are for. I will wait and watch... Just don't forget to keep me posted!
Oooh very cool ! :) Where did you buy your Gocco from - I've seen something similar in a WA art store but it wass very $$$$$- about $1000 to set up. Does it use film sheets that you expose or do you need to apply something to the screen and then expose it? I have an old-fashioned silk screen I plan to use (one day) but this looks much more user friendly!
LOVE LOVE... So gorgeous!!! I wanted to ask... Are you stocking any of your robots etc in your etsy shop? I do think they are gorgeous!!! And I love the Thaw magazine... Great read...And loved the swimwear... great pics and articles...
oh you clever thing! I'm so embarrassed to say I've used my gocco once! oh dear and I insisted on bringing it home from japan much to my husband's annoyance that it was carry on luggage!
Jodie, happy early new year, first of all (before I forget). You make such beautiful and ingenious things. I wish I commented more but am always reading your blog when the kids are all over me. It is 2 am now and finally some peace and quiet! Thank you for what you make and for sharing it with us so we can all be inspired/lose hope of ever making anything decent forever. No, I jest. I am so glad I found your blog when I did months ago. Those robots! The story! The elephants! But my favorite has to be those craft clocks. Brilliant, funny and slightly twisted - love it all. Thank you!
They look great Jod. Nice to see that being locked away in your jammies has a good end result .. We have a camcorder here if you ever need a lend. No trouble!
