Either that or it's a bad case of helmet hair!! Oh give him some flowing locks, please!! Or his mates will start calling him Orfal the Bald... and those are his mates, you should hear what his enemies call him!!
Oh Jodie he is WONDERFUL. I love love him, and maybe he's not bald, some of his hairs just hiding under his hat- it happens to me all the time.. I think he might just be about my favourite.xo
I think you need to make a viking next.... as a tribute to my dark and dreary ancestry! I do think that Olfa is pretty amazingly awesome... even with a bit of weird baldness happening at the back there!
I just happened to have Monster sitting next to me when I read this post.
His verdict?
AWESOME....can you knit me one, Mum?
Needless to say, he's now been lectured at length on needlecrafts ie sewing vs knitting vs crochet etc, beaten soundly and sent to bed without his gruel.
You know what? I was just looking at Olfa, and thinking how patient you were to do all that embroidery, particularly his hair. And then I saw the other photo! Still - more patience than me!
I LOVE this little knight in felty armour, bald bits and all!
ReplyDeleteHe's gorgeous. I'm wondering if the maiden will have hair like satin?
ReplyDeleteYou always make me smile. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteWonderful.
ReplyDeleteFab name, does that mean he has a sharp, circular instrument at his disposal?
Rotary cutter gallantry is just around the corner....
He's a cute one that's for sure. I think he's wearing an authentic period hairstyle (a variation on Friar Tuck's famous do??).
ReplyDeleteOh and he was looking so dashing from the front! Love the sneak peeks you always give us Jod.
ReplyDeleteCute! Does he have a sword to fight dragons?
ReplyDeleteI'm not stupid you know ! I know alopecia is secret language for "I want to live with Clare because she has hair !"
ReplyDeleteMaybe he's popped it up in a do with a wee bit of product and arranged it under his hat?!?
ReplyDeleteI know some real life gentleman who suffer from the same condition...x
ReplyDeleteEither that or it's a bad case of helmet hair!! Oh give him some flowing locks, please!! Or his mates will start calling him Orfal the Bald... and those are his mates, you should hear what his enemies call him!!
ReplyDeleteWell, at least Olfa has the ability to grow more hair!
ReplyDeleteOh Jodie he is WONDERFUL. I love love him, and maybe he's not bald, some of his hairs just hiding under his hat- it happens to me all the time..
ReplyDeleteI think he might just be about my favourite.xo
He's absolutely fabulous! Cool name too!
ReplyDeleteHe is SHARP!
ReplyDeleteahem.
As I already told you...
In days of auld when knights were bald.
Oh a softie night in felty armour, love him!! Love Posie
ReplyDeleteBest you keep all of the other knights clear of this one, I have heard Olfa can be terribly cuting.
ReplyDeleteFor a moment there I thought it was my husband but he's not suffering from alopecia - he is just bald.
ReplyDeleteI think you need to make a viking next.... as a tribute to my dark and dreary ancestry! I do think that Olfa is pretty amazingly awesome... even with a bit of weird baldness happening at the back there!
ReplyDeletehe is very charming
ReplyDeleteForsooth. He needs must rub some poultice into his noggin.
ReplyDeleteTalking of noggin, he reminds me of a little like a 60's programme that was on around here, called Noggin the Nog.

Oh. My. Word. So cute. I particularly love the little peach fuzz he's got going on on his cheeks... Love him!
ReplyDeleteLove it! Particularly the only-blog-finished alopecia!
ReplyDeleteHow brave and gallant of him to let himself be photographed in such a state!
