Last time I used mine, smoke started coming out of the spot where the power cord plugged into the machine. Bad bad bad. Definitely a fire hazard. It freaked me out. My machine is 30+ years old, so it didn't really surprise me. Well :o) Take care!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1303875332081634127.post-45256342946768676072008-07-19T00:44:00.000+10:002008-07-19T00:44:00.000+10:00G’day Jodie. As you have demonstrated, I would also put the outline stitches in after the main colouring in is completed to contain any stray ends and give definition to the final piece. Maybe fewer rows of long stitches, too? But a delightful job, none-the-less, especially with those colours.
Btw, adore your envelope and hope the machine just needed a little day spa stress relief!
Bye
AAJMChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00549494034882531835noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1303875332081634127.post-55086179058595233392008-07-14T08:20:00.000+10:002008-07-14T08:20:00.000+10:00HAHA, Jodie the day your blog becomes as boring as...HAHA, Jodie the day your blog becomes as boring as bat poop will be the day the whole bloggersphere folds in on itself and ceases to exist.
