Bad undies

The last five months or so at chez Ric-Rac have been a pain. Mr Ric-Rac got retrenched and well, it sucked big time.

Its kind of like, when you wear really bad undies...you know that constant irritation, the needing to keep adjusting and smiling and pretending your undies aren't riding up your bum crack.... when in truth you want to rip them off and throw them on the ground and stomp them into oblivion while screaming your head off ? yep, that feeling !

Anyway ! Mr Ric-Rac started a shiny new job this week so things are looking up.

I have been busy working on some stuffs for the Daylesford Makers Market and possible Etsy shop update.

I've been dreaming of new softies and one of them makes me so excited! He is sure to be my favourite ever softie.

I, and my gorgeous helpers, have been ironing out the wrinkles in the Parsley and Beet elephant pattern and the Disco-Bot pattern.

I have been playing with Mr Gocco

and right now things feel like the oldest daggiest pair of comfy undies around.

I hope you guys are all "comfy undies" at your place too.

Bus stop- finale

The bus came and the three friends sat together and chatted all the way to work.

Bus stop - Monday

On Monday Small-bot and Cat-bot gave the girl at the bus stop the present that they had made for her.

The girl at the bus stop said it was the nicest present she had ever been given.

Bus stop - weekend

Small-Bot thought about the girl at the bus stop all weekend.

He thought about her when he was cleaning.

He thought about her when he was cooking.

He even thought about her when he and Cat-Bot were relaxing.

Bus Stop - Friday

On Friday it looked like rain.

The girl at the bus stop let Small-bot and Cat-bot share her umbrella.

Small-Bot thought she was very nice.

Bus stop -Thursday 2.

The girl at the bus stop patted Cat-bot and said it was a lovely day. Small-Bot agreed.
It was a lovely day!

On Thursday, Small-bot and Cat-Bot got up very early. Small-Bot sang songs while he dried the dishes.

Bus stop -Wednesday

On Wednesday, the girl at the bus stop smiled at Small-bot.

So Small-bot smiled right back.

On Tuesday, Cat-bot met someone new at the bus stop.

So they skipped breakfast and made it to the bus stop with one minute and twenty-seven seconds to spare!

These are from Kate's blog but seriously ever since she showed them I have been a woman possessed. I have been thinking of ducks non-stop. Stay tuned, it may takes six months, it may take a year but I have a feeling something duckish is cooking in the back of the craft brain...

Winterwood felt - I will never buy any other felt ...EVER !

Finding a supplier of wool fabric with names like these. Not only do I want to sew with them, I want to eat them as well. (umm maybe not the peacock)
This new project - Totally hot right now - trust me.

Mind you it may very well end up on the NOT list next week if it doesn't work.

My email server doo-dad. Seriously, when they set me up a zillion years ago it was with a generic account that had my name in the address, I didn't like it so they gave me a new one. The first one was deleted.
HOWEVER, when I send an email I always have to change to the new one (via a drop down menu thingo).
Obviously I have accidentally forgotten this at times and sent emails from the (apparently) deleted account.... But wait ... it seems those message do go through -YAY but then people reply to them and HEY PRESTO I can't get the replies because the email account doesn't exist. I get a message saying "Nine messages could not be received " or some other crap. If you know there are nine messages just let me read the bloody things.........stupid email
